"Mrs. Shannon has been working with my son, Asher, since February 2021. When we first started working with her, he was two years old and was recently diagnosed with Autism two months prior. He had an extremely limited vocabulary and understanding of language with only knowing three words when we had our first meeting with her. Asher quickly became comfortable around her and was eager to learn with her. First, we started with some simple sign language and gestures and worked our way up to verbalizing simple things like "eat, more, please, etc." Here we are a year later and Asher's vocabulary has blossomed and he is starting to speak in 3-5 word sentences!
